"The service provided was over and above whatever we expected. Barbara was most helpful from the very first instance, taking the time and effort to show us the vehicle before we booked. This was most beneficial as our daughter is blind and had no idea of "what she was booking". Barbara was also most obliging with regular (late) payment - never made us feel stressed at all. On the day, she arrived on time and was most helpful and obliging with the "extra hassle". She also went to the trouble of organising a special surprise (Harley escorts) for Nastasia - to which she and her friends and the 50 odd people watching were most impressed! A great service and will certainly be using them next time and passing on their details. Thanks once again."
